Good morning everyone!!!

yech...

I hate to start off a morning post this way, but we just spent an hour stopped on the road behind a very ugly wreck. :( So coming in much later than expected, a little wigged out but happy to be safe and sound at home. I was NOT on plan totally tonight but I think made some really good choices, and rather than "feeding the fat" at this late hour, I'm just going to hit the pillow. How was your Friday? and even more impt, how is your Saturday going to be? Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend!!! Hugs

Happy Saturday Futzers!!

Crazy week....I was really hoping to visit the boards more as one of my ny resolutions, but of course work is incredibly busy and home is even MORE busy. My two boys had baseball camp every night this week 5-8 pm.....
ughh. So----had to hurry out of work early every day---rush to pick them up, get home and help with homework, get dinner, iron, laundry ect. ect. ect. to be out the door by 4:45----then back home for showers, bedtime and we all fall into bed....................what a week.

But I managed to lose a lb.!! I tried to sneak out at lunch and go walking a few times and tried to watch my eating (I hate than darn concession stand at the ball field) hanging around for 3 hours just smelling the food...........)
I caved twice and grabbed a hotdog................. but brought my sneakers and walked around the field a few times too.

Today is tryouts: one ds has tryouts from 9-1 and the other has try outs from 1-5. I will be at this %s#& field ALL DAY after being there all week. Ughhhhhh.

I'll bring my sneaks and try to stay away from the concesssion----but eating on the run is soooo hard.

Well, wish me luck. You will be hearing from me more once this week is over. Have a great weekend everyone!!!

Hi Kiddos!!

Laura--congrats on actually LOSING during such a crazy hectic week! I would've caved for sure at the ball park, but would've gone way overboard! Hope tryouts go well for both you and the boys!!! :...: )

I'm on track food wise today and no plans but studying alone tonight (sending DH out ot play poker iwth the boys so I can get some more work done on the chapter.) These days, I like nights like that to myself/work, but it does tend to up the temptation of wandering to the kitchen when I'm bored/frustrated/stumped for a distraction OR productive/finished for a reward. I'll try to be good. It's a crazy 65 degrees here today too (!! Clapping !!) so getting in a good vigorous mid-afternoon walk should'nt be a problem either.

Becky--I know you don't usually check in on the weekends, but if you're out there, let me Love Whip It you into walking with me!!!

Hope everyone else is having a GREAT day!!

Ok--don't like to post twice in row (*ahem*) BUT wanted to report (esp to Becky adn Celeste!) that I just got back from a 40 min walk/jog on the beach. I"ve been so slack in the exercise dept lately, I'm excited to be getting back on the bandwagon. Of course, the 60+ degree weather helps! Big Grin

How'd YOU do today?!?

YEE HAW lil Lisa... WTG! I have had a 100% day with the food (yay) but the exercise.. It is FREEZING out there. At noon the temp was only 25!! I think the high got up to 32.. I just couldn't bring myself to do it. AARRGGHH Instead I made some SF jello and baked some of Amysmiths NS cinnamon rolls. It helped keep my house warm.

Hi to Carol, and lauramac Big Hug

BTW I am still holding the -2 from Christmas ( up 1 from my lowest) but I'm happy with my 100% days. Big Grin

Love

Becky

Thank you all so much for the awesome support yesterday. I threw in the hanky, not the towel and DID go out to eat with hubby and friends last night. DH said I ate like a bird. I'm trying to watch it when I'm being social.

Today, I've been 100% and all is well. Tomorrow will be tough because we are having friends over here for the game. I'll practice JSN... JSN... JSN!!

I'm tired tonight.. stayed up too late and got up too early this morning and it's been non stop since!

See you all tomorrow.

Hi Everyone!

Today has been kinda a ugh day for me foodwise. While I didn't really eat off plan I was pushing the boundaries. I really need to go grocery shopping, maybe I'll do that in a few hours.

I have really enjoyed my time off though, I didn't do much of anything the first day, but now I'm finding I can't sit still. So I downloaded all the pictures off the camera. I still need to go through and edit a few more, but I did put a few recent ones up in my album.
