Good morning everyone.

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. Everyone here seems like a great bunch of people. Positive supportive is a wonderful thing. : )

I wanted to post because this is my first day of starting the program. Well I really wouldn't call it a program since it is a lifestyle change. I am choosing to do this with my own food since my fiance and I are in this together. I have 130 pounds to lose and I feel like this is how I can do it.
