Good Morning Deb and Challengers!!!

Cheerleader Cheerleader Cheerleader for 100% days!!! YIPEE!!!

My weigh in days kind of got messed up during some challenges and since I saw this little drop toward the end of last week I don't feel like I lost anything. However, I know I did. So it is not a problem. I know I am old and slow and I intend to keep on plugging. I had a super busy day and did not get back to the boards at all yesterday. I am going to try and sneak a peak today and catch up.

My order is in Montgomery Alabama. That is just two hours away, so I should get it today. I could probably just walk there and get it. Yeah, right. I had logged 7 1/2 miles but by the time my day was done, I did get in the extra 1/2 mile and totalled 8 miles for the day. Also last night was weight, ab and butt night. I am going to burn this fat off one smiggin at a time!!! I am determined to see this extra weight gone once and for all!!!

I had a busy but great 100% day (#57) yesterday and pledge to have a 100% day today.

I hope eveyone has a super 100% day.

Wave

I had another 100% day yesterday. My weather is 30 degrees colder than it was Sunday but I have nothing to complain about because we don't have ice, sleet or snow like so many others.

Deb keep giving those pep talks. I never tire of them and they help keep me honest with my efforts.
Linda Loo I am also only 2 hours from Montgomery. Are you a Bama lady?

Have a great day everyone.

Hi everybody! Thanks Deb for willing my ticker down but right now it is not budging. It goes up a little then down a little then back up a little. Right now I am not on NS foods. So I must be eating too much to lose, but enough to maintain. I will have to cut some calories somewhere. I drank plenty of water yesterday for once! Also I pledge to be 100% today and to go over what I am eating and see where I am going wrong. Maybe it's the sandwich bread...*sigh* but it's only 45 a slice. I don't know what I will eat if I can't have a sandwich for lunch. Ugh.

Oh and I have not tried the new pancake mix yet. I have been very lazy though bundt cake is like the easiest thing in the world to make. But I look forward to trying it.

Well I hope everyone has a great day!! See ya.

MEDIES! It's good to see you in the morning again Big Hug

This is the first time your scale has been stuck, isn't it? I swear to you once it starts moving again...you are going to see some major drops! That seems to be the pattern for everyone.

Meditate Meditate Meditate Meditate Meditate Meditate

I'm still willing that scale down!

YAY for your 100% days! Yahoo

Have a great day and hang in there sweetie Waving

Yes Deb I live 45 miles from Gulf Shores. We have seen plenty of hurricanes in the past. Last year was usual in that we had none.
I love windy post. I type short and sweet because I have a hand that doesn't do typing well even after 2 surgeries.

You have a great day too! Big Hug

Good Morning Donna and Medies. I think I good morning'd Deb prior to getting to work

Just a quick answer to your question Donna. Yes, I am in Tuscaloosa. I work at the University of Alabama and that affords me the opportunity of getting all my walking in. It is really cold here again today, but I am going to bundle up and do my campus runs myself. The students aren't even bugging me to do them these days as they are doing so much construction around our building the students can't park near. They don't like to walk. I do like to walk.

I have got to get busy doing a projection but I am still hoping to get back and get caught up on the message boards.

Come on Ladies, Give it Your Best!!! Make this day COUNT!!

100% here I come.

Have A Great Day.

Linda Loo

GOOD MORNING!

Well, I took the train to work today and it was just lovely. Alot of people have taken the day off to avoid driving in the snow and ice. All the main highways are clear so you don't need traction devices but then you leave the freeway and wham! So, the train was perfect. I would have liked to stay home but don't want to be a whimp! It's about 30 degrees here so not as bad as some of you must endure, thank goodness! I wouldn't take the train and walk to work if it was THAT cold! BRRRR!

Work is slow, really slow. My office is a mess so I guess I coud take the time to put stuff away and do something constructive today. Yesterday I just watched that news video with the bumper cars and talked about the weather incessantly. They say another storm is coming in about 12 hours. OOH! More car wrecks! Devil

Thanks to all for all the pep talks! I watched Oprah yesterday and Bob Greene was on to promote his new diet plan called "Best for Life". Oprah is his neighbor so he must be pretty darn successful. So, there were a few new twists but nothing we aren't doing with NS. He apparently has some food companies in his pocket too because General Foods, for instance, is putting "Approved by Bob Greene Best for Life" labels on their food. I did learn that it is effective to not eat two hours before you go to bed so decided to vow to not eat anything after 7:30 pm. It has something to do with shutting up your fat cells. (as if they talk to you in your brain) I'm not going to buy the book .......I have a whole library full of diet books.

I was 100% yesterday and drank all my water. I vow to be 100% today and drink all my water again, no matter how hard that is sometimes. Cheerleader

Congrats to all of you dieters and non-smokers. One day at a time!
