I just know those last eight pounds will be dropping off your body and be gone forever very soon. I know it can be frustrating but hang in there and hopefully you will be rewarded for your efforts very soon!!! I am, with everyone here, pulling for you in a big way.

Have A GREAT 100% Day and enjoy your time with your grandaughter.

I don't know if these were the best choices for last night, but I had popcorn and two pieces of veggie pizza. Seriously, this place didn't have one healthy thing on their menu.

So I'll bee 100% today, until tonight, when we go to wine club, which is actually an excuse to get together with the same group of friends, eat decadent foods and try wine from a certain region rather than just a random region.

Yesterday, when I was shopping at my local grocery store (HEB Plus), I saw Emmitt Smith there, filming a commercial, in his dancing clothes. Since I'm from the DC area, I can't really admit this out loud, but I love Emmitt Smith.

Jaime, I know what you mean about the sunshine. I moved to Austin 10 1/2 years ago from the DC area and with this round of cold weather and ice that we just had in Texas, I now know that I could never live in a cold place again. I'm just counting down the days until we get to swim outside again!!!

Happy Saturday Everyone!

I'm up EARLY TODAY! Not sure why, but it feels good b/c I often sleep in until after 10 on the weekends and miss so much of the day! It's beautiful outside and I plan to take advantage of that!

Deb you cracked me up last night with your non-stop partying! I understand though, so excited for Gail! Can't wait for your GOAL party which I believe will be very soon! Woo hoo for that.

Linda I have to say that you are doing fantastically and I have a feeling you are going to break this plateau very very soon and the lbs will start melting off. Looks like you are def on the low end w/ the calories and you mentinoed that you eat the same things everyday, I would def consider switching it up a little and try adding in some extra calories on day. One day of extra calories wont hurt you and It may actually help you. They say that sometimes adding in some fat or calories during a plateau can sort of kick start your metabolism into gear so you start losing again. It's worth a try!

Bibiana, I think all things considered, you made the best choices you could. Just get back on track today as best as you can. Wine club sounds like a lot of fun. Right up my alley. Can I come?

I wasn't 100% yesterday. I ended up going out to eat with DBF but I did well I think. I only ate half of the food and I chose the lower fat lower carb high protien option as opposed to the noodle dish that I always get. My scale is stuck too! I am at 148 this morning. It actually said 147 yesterday but I've been stuck there for a while now. I was 148 before the holiday, gained weight over the holiday, took it off but can't get below that. I guess smoking really did increase my metabolism? Well I guess I shouldn't complain, it's better than gaining right? They say people gain on average 10lbs when they quit smoking so...

I pledge to be 100% today.

Have a great one everyone!
