Good morning ladies

Hope you all have plans to keep yourselves busy today.

I'm dreading going to the grocery store this morning. There is a snow storm that is suppose to hit Sunday/Monday, which means everyone will be there stocking up on bread, milk, and toilet paper. The milk I understand...but toilet paper?

This morning I start using my exercise tapes They are VHS so that tells you how old they are. Big Grin Wish me luck!

I was 100% yesterday and pledge to be 100% today.

Have a great day Waving

Good Morning Deb and 100%'ers.

I don't envy you and your grocery trip. I don't care much for the grocery store anyway, but I know what you mean about all the people buying up the bread and milk. I haven't seen much of a rush on the toliet paper here in Alabama. I guess that just means we Alabamians are full of it. If the weather person even mention's flurries, the milk and bread isles are cleared.

I am going to try and have an easy three days. I am so sore from all the moving around. I only walked 5 miles yesterday and I was going to try and do some weights last night, but I just totally ran out of gas. I still have a few things to do in this room, but I am really going to try and take it easy. One of my young co-workers used to be a personal trainer and she showed me some neat exercises on my exercise ball yesterday. I am not sure, but I think she may be trying to kill me. I am just kidding. They are challenging, but I will have to build up to them. She knows how bad I want to do that handstand again.

Oh well enough rambling. I am going to do something even if it is wrong.

I was 100% yesterday (day #53) and I Pledge to be 100% today.

Hello Ladies...

Hope everyone is having a productive/ relaxing / satifsying Saturday.

I had a bit of all of that. Slept in pretty late, woke up, got on the scale, finally back down to my ticker weight!!!! Big Grin It was funny. It actually said 146 when I stepped on and I was like WHAT???? But then I got back on and it was 148, then got on and it was 147, then 148. Couldn't get it to say 146 again, so of course again DBF didn't believe me!!! Winky But I will take 148. Finally! Then we went to this juice bar down the street and got lunch, so I wasn't 100% of course, but It was a low fat, high protein healthy lunch. Chicken Salad in a wrap with veggies, but they use hardly any mayo they put something else in it that is some organic something and they mix carrots in and its just sooo good. Then came home, read my book out by the pool and then did the costco thing. There are so many tempting samples there, its crazy, but I only tried two things!!! Came home, and made a protein shake and used this stuff I bought at the juice bar. It's this this liquid vitamin stuff that is supposed to have a TON of Veggies, Vitamins, Minerals and is just so good for you. It's soooo potent. You are supposed to have 2-4 teaspoons a day of it, but I could never drink / eat it alone, it has a sour bitter vitaminy taste to it. Tried it in a protein shake a few mins ago and its just soooo strong. Next time I will only put in 1 tbsp b/c It tastes pretty bad and ruins the shake.

So now I am going to go relax a little and maybe read some more of my book. Today wasn't a 100% day but all in all I'm not doing TOO bad.

Juggle

Ringo is so big now and sooooooo cute. I love him so much. If I was close by I'd totally puppy sit for you! Awwww... I want one sooooooooooo badly!

I forgot to Congratulate all the 100 percenters earlier so WOO HOO to all of you for that! I will be 100% tomorrow for sure. Linda Loo on day 53 (its 53 right?) and Deb for being 100% as always and Gail for 2 days in a row -Onederland is SO yours! Just keep taking the Ringo on Walks and I say you'll be there in a few days!

Deb, I am sorry, I hope you don't think I'm rubbing in the fact that I'm in the warm weather. I definitely don't envy you which is why I have lived in Miami for the past 8 years despite the fact that I constantly say I am going to move back to NY where I am from. I hope you are staying safe and warm if those storms are there!

On another note, I took pictures of the spoons! :rotfl: I wanted you all to see how close they are in size and maybe better understand how I could make the mistake. Otherwise I look like I'm either a total idiot or a big time fibber, which I'm not. I'm sure when you are thinking of a serving spoon you think "PLEASE, how could she ever mix them up" but this spoon is an odd size. It's only a little bit bigger than a Tablespoon. I'm posting a pic I hope this works and comes out right... Here look:

Jaime :rotfl: I DO believe you...it was just soooo funny! It would be easy to make that mistake.

And no I don't think you are rubbing the warm weather in my face. Big Hug Since you came from a cold weather area you know sometimes all you can do is joke about the weather. It doesn't bother me, I am just teasing you.
